We value your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions.

  • User refers to any person who orders name design services through this website;
  • Deposit refers to the advance payment made by the User when ordering the services to confirm the service order;
  • Balance Payment refers to the remaining amount that the User needs to pay after being satisfied with the designed name;
  • Services refers to the name design and related revision services provided by this website to the User.

II. Deposit Refund Rules

1. Refundable Situations

Before we deliver the name design results to the User, if the User decides not to use the services for any reason after paying the Deposit, they can submit a deposit refund application via email to refund@chinamecraft.com.

The email must include:

  • Order number
  • Payment screenshot (showing payment time, amount, and platform)
  • Reason for refund

We will review the application within 3 working days after receiving it. Once approved, the Deposit will be fully refunded to the User's original payment account.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Once we deliver the name design results to the User, the Deposit will not be refunded, regardless of whether the User is satisfied with the design or not. The forms of delivery include but are not limited to sending through the website platform, email, etc.

III. Balance Payment Refund Rules

When the User pays the Balance Payment, it means that the User has approved the name design services provided by us. For any reason thereafter, we will not refund any amount, including the Balance Payment and the previously paid Deposit.

IV. Handling of Special Circumstances

1. Service Provider Issues

If due to our reasons, such as:

  • Failure to deliver within agreed time
  • Serious errors that cannot be resolved through revisions

Even if the User has paid the Balance Payment, the User can submit a refund application via the above-specified email. Required documents:

  • Order number
  • Payment screenshots (both Deposit and Balance Payment)

We will fully refund all amounts and sincerely apologize to the User.

2. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure factors (natural disasters, wars, government actions, etc.), we will negotiate refund matters with the User based on the actual situation. Required documents:

  • Order number
  • Payment screenshots

V. Refund Process

1. Application Review

After the User submits an application via email to refund@chinamecraft.com, we will:

  • Complete the review within 3 working days
  • Notify the User of the result via email
2. Refund Processing

For approved applications:

  • Refund will be processed within 5 working days
  • Amount will be returned to the original payment method
  • In case of delays, we will notify the User in advance

VI. Other Provisions

1. Policy Status

This Refund Policy is an important part of the User's use of the name design services on this website and has the same legal effect as other terms of use and privacy policies of the website.

2. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify and interpret this Refund Policy. Modifications will be announced on the website and take effect 7 working days after the announcement.

3. Dispute Resolution

For any questions or disputes, Users can contact us via the specified email. We will respond within 3 working days. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to [specific arbitration institution/court name] for arbitration/litigation.
