ChinameCraft provides Chinese naming services, including but not limited to personal Chinese names, business names, and online nicknames.
2. User Responsibilities
2.1 Users must provide accurate personal information.
2.2 Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.3 Users may not use our services for any illegal or inappropriate activities.
3. Service Process
3.1 After submitting booking information, we will conduct an initial review.
3.2 Upon approval, our professional consultants will begin the work process.
3.3 Upon service completion, users will receive the final Chinese name proposal. Users can request modifications based on their package:
- Essential Package: One modification allowed
- Business Package: Three modifications allowed
- Premium Package: Five modifications allowed
3.4 Modification Guidelines:
- Each modification requires specific feedback
- Modification rights are valid within the service period
- Additional modifications beyond the limit will be considered as new service requests
- Modifications must comply with service scope and relevant laws
3.5 Service Confirmation:
- Service is considered complete upon user's final approval
- Remaining payment is due after service completion
- No further modifications after final confirmation
4. Payment and Refund
4.1 Payment Method:
- Service fee is paid in two installments:
- First installment: 50% deposit upon service agreement
- Second installment: Remaining 50% after service completion and confirmation
4.2 Refund Policy:
- Full deposit refund available if cancellation requested within 12 hours of service start
- No refund for deposit after 12 hours
- Remaining payment refundable before final service confirmation
4.3 Refund Process:
- Submit refund request via email or phone
- Provide order number and reason for refund
- Refund will be processed within 3 business days
- Refund will be returned to the original payment method
4.4 Special Circumstances:
- Full refund if service cannot be completed due to our fault
- Refund terms negotiable in case of force majeure

5.1 We retain all intellectual property rights to our service content.
5.2 Users own the rights to their Chinese names.
